2022
The year RT Living Builder opened its doors in Homestead, Florida.
We started RT Living Builder after watching too many capable owners carry their whole business on their shoulders — working harder every year while the business itself stayed fragile.
The problem was rarely effort or talent. It was structure: plans that lived only in someone’s head, processes that changed with every new hire and management habits that never caught up with growth.
So we built a practice around fixing exactly that. We bring the strategic thinking of a larger firm with the attention and practicality a small or growing business actually needs — and we measure success by how well things run after we step back.
